Last year, didn’t you offer full conference passes and day passes?
Yep, you must be an Elevate pro! This year we’ve simplified things by having just one pass type, which gives you full access to all Elevate events. Rather than incorporating the cost of an overnight stay in the pass price, we give you the option to book your hotel during registration. This allows for greater flexibility in selecting your arrival and departure dates.
What about a hotel reservation?
During the registration process you will have the option to request a room at the W Hotel Midtown, our official conference hotel. You can also return to the registration portal at any time to add your hotel stay to your existing registration (additional fees will apply at that time). Reserving your room through our registration portal is the only way to lock in our special Elevate discounted rate at the W Hotel.
If you are attending the Elevate conference, Pardot recommends arriving on October 23 and departing on October 25. Sessions will begin bright and early on Wednesday, October 24 and continue through Thursday afternoon. If you are joining us for our optional Pre-Elevate training day, you may wish to arrive a day early in order to settle in. Training will begin with lunch on Tuesday, October 23.
What is the easiest way to get to the conference from the airport? Do I need a rental car?
You can get to the hotel either by taxi (flat rate of $32 plus $2 for each additional passenger) to the W – Atlanta Midtown or train (MARTA) to Arts center station, which is approximately 0.25 miles from the event site. You will not need a rental car unless you plan to travel around Atlanta outside of the conference. View more information on the venue>>
What discounts are available?
We offer discounts for organizations bringing three or more attendees. 20% will be automatically deducted from your event fee upon registration when you register three or more individuals as a group.
We also offer a discount for those traveling from overseas. Please contact conference@pardot.com for information on the overseas discount.
What if I need to change my attendees before the conference?
You can make changes to your registration via the online registration portal. If you have questions about this process, please contact conference@pardot.com and we will assist you with your registration.
What’s the dress for Elevate?
Pardot’s a casual group! Feel free to wear jeans, or whatever makes you feel the most comfortable. We’ll be rocking our Pardot tees and snazzy sneakers.
What about parking?
Parking is not included. Valet at the W is $30 for overnight guests, with in and out. Parking is also available in the Colony Square deck at a lower rate – $23 overnight, day rates vary. Marta, our local train system, is within walking distance and will take you straight to the airport.
Is there a hashtag for the event?
Yes, we love to tweet! We are using #pardot2012 in tweets and other social posts.
